Refund & Dispute Policy
This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged-item claims, and payment disputes are handled for orders placed through ANNSTOER Studio.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags should remain attached
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned outside the stated return window
- Items showing wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Final sale items clearly marked at checkout
- Items excluded for hygiene or safety reasons where applicable
How To Start A Return
Email returns@annstoer.shop with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason for return.
Once approved, we will share return instructions. Items should be shipped back using a trackable method unless we provide another label or method.
Refund Timing
After the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- Store review: typically 3 to 5 business days after receipt
- Card issuer processing: typically 5 to 10 business days
- Exact posting time depends on your bank or payment provider
Disputes And Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, contact us first at support@annstoer.shop. We aim to resolve most issues quickly before a payment dispute becomes necessary.
If you open a chargeback with your payment provider, we may provide order, shipment, and communication records to respond to the claim.
